Hello there, let me tell you more about myself and my journey in becoming a Naturopath. I grew up on a farm which instilled in me a great love and respect for nature. Consequently, I have always chosen a more natural approach in my life and family’s choices. Naturopathy resonates with my belief in a holistic approach to health and well-being, and quite frankly makes sense- after all we are complex human beings with a multitude of factors affecting us.
Having experience the challenge of various health journeys for my children, my parents, myself and now grandchildren, I appreciate the the challenges and difficulties these can bring. This is why I am passionate about restoring health and not simply “patching” the problem. I love working with my clients as a team, firmly believing in the saying “better together”.

I am great believer in the value of a naturally based, balanced diet. I enjoy cooking healthy, tasty meals and inspiring others to do the same. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, church community, gardening, reading and music.
